Bucknell 1500 - Shitty Race

Just didn't feel good at all today. I was doing strides beforehand and my legs were feeling strained so I was quite nervous for this one. I was off the back within 500 meters, and struggled to a 4:00. Terrible race, I was honestly embarrassed by that performance. Good performances later in the night by the 5k guys cheered me up a bit.
