We did Ghostrider today and I was running very conservatively, keeping in mind that I need to start feeling good again. I only did 14, finishing with Ward and Casey while letting Ty, Mahalsky, and Knouse do their thing. Took some discipline on my part but I need to start feeling better before Friday.
