115. THRESHOLD.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hot, high 70s.

Comments:
ran a 1.75 mile threshold on the track, followed by a 400 (200 at threshold, 200 all out), then a bunch of leg, arms, abs workout. threshold felt okay. my breathing wasn't too bad but wasn't great but my right hip was what bothered me today. my right leg kept dragging on the ground.. i guess it's because i haven't ran in a week.

no splits.

extra: lunge, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 on each side with 10 leg lifts, 1:00 supine with 6 leg lifts on each), 3x10 bicep curls at 20 pounds, 3x10 tricep curls at 30 pounds, 3x10 push forwards at 40 pounds, 3x10 calf raises at 80 pounds, 2x10 back kicks at 75 pounds, donkey kicks/whips (8 on each leg for each workout), 55 squats, 10 fire hydrants on each leg, leg circles (5 on each both ways).
