Exercise Type: Run
Weather: hot, 80s?, super sunny.
Comments:
so so tired and my shins are fucked up. anyway, terrible run. my times sucked.. over a minute slower. ew. yeah, my shins were so sore and my breathing sucked. it was also super sunny and hot. who would've thunk... at 9AM it would be 80 degrees. also worked out abs, arms, and legs.
extra: lunge, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 on each side with 10 leg lifts, 1:00 supine with 6 leg lifts on each), 3x10 bicep curls at 20 pounds, 3x10 tricep curls at 30 pounds, 2x10 push forwards at 40 pounds, 1x8 calf raises at 120 pounds, 2x8 calf raises at 100 pounds, 3x10 back kicks at 85 pounds, donkey kicks/whips (8 on each leg for each workout), 10 fire hydrants on each leg, leg circles (5 on each both ways).
workout: 1.75 (7 laps on track) at tempo, 400 (200 tempo, 200 all out).
