After my run I went for an hour bike ride on a long hilly road. I kept a good effort the whole way through and definitely got a good workout in. Even if I can't run yet I want to make sure I keep cross training every day so I am fit enough to pick up where I left off when I am healthy enough to fully return to running. I did core and push-ups after
