Felt obligated to do this one today. Soon as I got home from MD I threw on the IOTV (~19.5#) and hit it. Turns out there is a perfect one mile loop from the pull-up bar here in the complex. I have a new watch and I forgot where the start button is so when I got back from the first mile I saw 00:00. THAT fast. I would venture it was sub 7:00 cuz I was really pushing and I was fresh. Pullups, Pushups, and Squats I broke up. Sometimes I did 50 squats, sometimes I did 40 pushups. No real "sets" but cycled through and got it done as best I could. Second mile was WAY slower and I felt like throwing up. Slow, but I determined not to walk at all. I feel better for doing that today. Final time was 30:57 minus the first mile.
