Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Sunny and breezy = perfect!
Comments:
Ran 2 minutes/walked 1 minute 4 times. Developed cramps then ran 1/walked 2 focusing on deep breaths. Cramps subsided so I slowly ran 3/walked 1 still focusing on deep breaths. Then ran 4/walked 1 twice. Ended by running 5/walking 1.
Very happy with this run. I'm impatient though, I've realized I don't like running slowly even if it's to work towards running longer.
