After feeling extremely crappy last night and all morning and sleeping 11 hours, I felt good enough to workout after class. One of the toughest DOC workouts I've done yet.

Diamonds: Snatch @ 24kg (L/R)
Clubs: Pull-Ups
Hearts: Goblet Squat @ 32kg
Spades: Started with straight-leg dead @ 32kg but it was really bugging my knee/back so I soon switched to 2-Count Lunges @ 24kg
