Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did the KB circuit for PT this morning. Consists of 2 rounds of: Bent Row, Sumo Squat, Straight leg deadlift, Pushups, V-Ups, Plank Rows, Lunges, Push Press, Chest Press, Tuck Jumps.
Usually most of those in the 10-15 rep range. Not too difficult but a good way to start the day.
