Did P90X3 WARRIOR WORKOUT this morning for PT! Cardio-centric calisthenics, good fun.
Got let out early from class so hit the gym! Leg day Leg Day Leg Day. Knee was feeling a little off but I said screw it (may eat my words...)

SQUATS: 10x135/155/175/185/205/225/225/215/205/195/185/175/165; and a 20 rep of 155. 150 squats total, 50 above 200#. All true ATG. Felt great!

3x 10 Reverse Lunges (L/R) @ 2x50# DB, 25x calf raise on Smith w/ 2-45s each side.

Step-Ups:
10x Left, 10x Right w/ a 25# KB in stepping hand. Then 50x Alternating step-ups w/ a 20# DB in each hand. That about did me in for the day.
