Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out to the field and did some suicide sprint drills with the soccer balls. (ie, sprint out, possess ball, sprint back with it (from 30-60y out), shoot; 10-20-30 suicides, possess ball after 30y sprint and dribble back to shoot)
Fun stuff. Felt good to run as hard as I could but the hams were definitely tight from Friday.
