5x L/R Landmine Pullover Twists (?) @ 45# (last set @ 55#)
10x Double Snatches @ 2x40# KB
4 sets:
10/10/8/6 (each arm) Landmine Press @ 45#/70#/85#/95#
@ 35# plate: 10x Front Raise, 10x Standing Chest Press
Seated Mil Press:
8x 115, 6x125, 4x135 w/ 8 pullups after each set.
Good little morning. Could have gone longer but had to shower and get ready for class.
