PT this morning was a KB circuit. :30 each exercise of: bent row, push up, alternating front squat, H2H swing, renegade row, push press, single leg pushup, v-up, chest press, scotty bob, tuck jump, press jacks, sumo squat, straight leg dead, clean and jerk, burpees. Was entertaining watching people who had NO idea what they were doing. Even the NCO demonstrating was making me cringe a little.
Also, passed my last test this morning for Phase 1 of EOD. Few more non-testable things to do then I head to Florida for the real fun to begin. Had too much celebratory Thai food for lunch so passed out all afternoon. Went to the gym after my chiro appt.
Front squat: 10x135, 10x155, 8x185

6 sets of: 6 FS @ 165#, 10 lunges (L/R) @ 80#
Box Jumps, 36": 10 slick, 10 @ 2x15#, 10 @ 2x20#
Single Leg Squat off Box: 2x15 each leg
Hamstring Curls: 30 @ 100#, drop to 80#, knock out another 20.
