Comments:
First run back after 3 week break post-spring track season. Tried my best not to run during the break, but did go out on two short runs while I was at the farm in West Virginia.
Was helping Anwar prep for the SAT this Saturday and while he took a 25 minute section I did some quick drills and went out for my run. Ran down to the Renaissance then around the Marshall HS campus and back to his house. Felt good to be back running, some wobbly-ness in the knees, but proper stretching this week should do the trick.
