nice and cool, perfect conditions for a run
1st mile and a half felt really great
tired out, but still felt strong. Lungs burning/working hard near the end. Overall a great first quality work since cross country last year.

took first mile quite easy. First mile of workout was around 6:20

quality stretch and core after.
