Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The sun was out and the humidity was really high. The weather really affected me. I started off slow because I knew the weather would make me feel bad in the later miles. I never felt horrible, but I never felt good. I hate the sun out when I run, but I really ran by effort. One of the miles during the run, I slowed down a lot to make it a little easier on me and to not kill myself. My mile times were 7:56, 7:29, 7:40, 7:30, 7:26, and 7:23. I didn't even realize that my fastest mile was my cool down mile. I didn't stop at the cool down mile so it was kind of surprising to see my cool down was the fastest. I didn't put any more effort into it. The effort was kept constant.
