500m Row, Barbell Complex @ 105#

Kept the rest just long enough to catch my breath so I could get through the complexes unbroken. Unfortunately for the 135# complex I had to briefly set the weight down before the last hang clean. Forearms just died! All 500's were 1:55 or below.
Barbell Complex: 6x each exercise without setting down weight: Deadlift, Bent Row, Hang Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat
5 Sets of 10: Deadlift @ 185, Front raise @ 35# plate
Iso Row: 2x5 each arm @ 45#; 2x7 each arm @ 70#; 2x8 each arm @ 90#. Max pullups after each set (8/7/5)
3 sets: 10x Hammer Curls @ 30#, 10x Standing Cable Row, 8x standing cable row*
* Did 10 rows, upped the weight one plate on the cable, did 8. For the following set I started with the weight I finished with from the last set, then jumped again.
