ran at night, and it was still so damn hot. do i have to wake up at 4 am to run when it'll be at least 80? ... goddamn. anyway, not so well run but better than the last one. had to stop a couple of times because something wasn't sitting well in my stomach. i hydrated well but damn, it was still hot.. -___-
extra: lunge, plank set, 3x50 crunches.
