Went to the gym with one purpose today: Clean and Jerk 225#. Warmed up with 5x135, 3x155, 2x185, 1x205, and HIT 225!! I was so stoked, I've wanted that for a long time. Then Did:
5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5 Power Clean @ 185#
15-12-9-6-3-3-6-9-12-15 Dips

@ 135#, 3x5 Strict Press (had to give a little "umph" on the 5th rep of sets 2 and 3), one leg Deadlift (L/R)

Incline Bench: 12x115, 12x135, 3x10@155, 10@135

10-5 Ring Aussie Pullups, feet propped, 10x ring dips after each set. After set 5, did burnout (10) and another 10 dips.
