Tabata Swings @ 24kg (two hand, one hand, h2h)
3x5 Clean and Press @ 32kg (L/R)
10x one leg bent row @ 24kg after each set of C+P with same arm.
Finished with some ab stuff (Crunches, bicycles, windmills, etc)
Not much cuz of the ruck tomorrow but had to do something today.
