Well Ben sent me a pic yesterday of him deadlifting 407#. So naturally I had to try today. 405#!!! 20# PR baby! It was ugly, so I'm not excited for how my back will feel, but so stoked.

Warmup: 10:00 Row (2,600m)
Dead: 10x135, 8x225, 3x315, 1x365, 1x385, 1x405
Sumo Dead: 12x135/185/225
Snatch Grip: 12x135

5 Sets: 10x Box Jumps (somewhere around 40"), 10x Pullups

Tabata Row: finished just under 1,000 meters so kept sprinting about another 15 seconds to hit 1k. Then did another 1,500 much slower, then did a ton of crunches and side crunches on the med ball.

Arm Circuit: @ 50#, 10x curl, press, tricep extension.
