I started out this run feeling pretty good and at a good pace, around 7 flat, and continued a that until around 11 minutes in, when I turned around at Westmoreland Circle. I didn't go back on western because I saw some people and always feel weird when I stop running near people, so I just went back on butterworth and chesapeake until school. I was slowing down a bit, until I hit around 7:20 by school. I picked up a little and went though fort reno, which was still wet from the rain. Then, I came down 39th to Morrison at a good clip. I found a guy about 70 m ahead of me when I turned onto 39th at the top of the hill, and caught him by Military, then opened up a 20 m gap by the time I turned on Morrison. I kept up the pace from going down 39th through the uphill and all the way home. It felt great to really get going fast and feeling good for the first time this season. Full stretch and maybe some planks.
