really windy today but i felt good. legs were a bit tiring and breathing was a little off but it wasn't too hot, which was great :)

splits: 9:35, 9:17.

extra: 50 squats, 3x50 crunches, lunge, plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 side with 10 leg lifts, 1:00 supine with 6 leg lifts on each).
