Weather: warm and a little humid
Comments:
I did the 5 mile loop in reverse, going down western to the circle, up mass and back to cross wisconsin and come back past reno and on connecticut. Felt good, but my right ankle and heel were bothering me a bit in the early run. I'm worried that I started out training too fast, and am falling victim to early season injuries, like Anthony said. But, I've also had similar aches and pains before, and they haven't been anything serious.
