Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was really humid out during this run. I was planning on 10 miles, but mid run decided 9 would be good enough. I actually felt really good 3 miles into it. I got pretty tired because of the humidity, but it wasn't too bad. I went to 4.5 and turned around. When I got to the water fountain across from HEB, I walked home. I got really tired once I stopped there for water. I walked basically the whole way. I did another half mile just to get 6 in. Then I walked more. Once I got to Stella Link, I jogged home as my cool down run. I am pretty disappointed that I let myself do this. My mile times were 7:56, 7:22, 7:20, 7:20, 7:17, 7:18.
