Weather: 89, hot, cloudy.

Comments:
good run today! best run yet actually. today's weather was the best, cloudy and NOT in the 90s. :) anyway, breathing was okay but got kinda hectic when i was climbing that hill. besides that, i felt good. legs actually felt kinda sore also.

splits: 9:58, 9:47.

extra: 50 squats, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 side with 10 leg lifts, 1:00 supine with 6 leg lifts on each), lunge.
