Great run today. I was cruising down connecticut all the way to the bridge thats just past the uptown. Plenty of hydration definitely helped; I think I'm going to stop hydrating 1 and a half hours before runs instead of 1 hour, it seems to work better. Anyone, I felt really good, and am really excited to be running in Rome for the next two weeks with Liam and Zeke. We'll be staying in a convent right down by the Colosseum, so we'll definitely be doing some laps and stadions at circus maximus. I feel like with this good training early in the year, the season is going to be really good.
