Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The weather was ok today. I took a different route than usual today. I think that is why this run felt so long. It was an ok run. My mile times were 7:44, 7:09, 7:30, 7:30, 7:41, and 7:28. I wasn't pushing hard on the second mile, but the effort increased. I maybe shouldn't have picked it up to that, but my effort was steady after that. Once I slowed to around 7:30 pace, I was locked into that pace.
