Wills Hills 2 Lap Fartlek At Memorial Park

Weather and the sun didn't really affect the run that much. It actually felt good. The sun didn't come out a lot until the end of the second lap. The workout was a mile warm up, 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes slow. There were a lot of laps so I don't feel like putting in each pace for the 2 minutes. The hard started around 6:20- 6:25 pace. The last 2 were at 6:35- 6:40 pace. The easy part started at 8:20 pace and ended at 8:50 pace. This workout didn't feel as hard when we did these during track season. I got in a lot of reps. I got in 9 hard 2 minutes. I don't know if the weather helped, on a trail, or it was longer workout made it feel easier. It was a pretty hard workout, but I felt good for most of the workout. I didn't start hurting until the last 2 reps. It was a good workout though. It was pretty hard, but not in season hard. Usually, I don't like Memorial Park, but I really enjoyed it today.
