Comments:
okay run today. super humid morning so my breathing was kinda shit. my legs felt good with some tight shins, but it was my breathing that made my run kind of a hell run.. :(

splits: 9:43, 9:13.

extra: lunge, plank circuit (the usual), 50 squats, 3x50 crunches.
