Weather: nice at first but got more humid

Good run... Cj to river and back and then some nice and slow parking lot cooldown. Lot of random pains and stuff starting out, very uncomfortable, but after 4 miles or so was just rolling along and zoning out. Was feeling pretty good and relaxed so decided to tempo the last mile just like on wednesday and it was about 6:15. Good run! I think I freaked out alex running by him...
