Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I'll always stand by the fact that you will have BAD days when you run; but this one still sucked. First 3 miles were between 7:10-7:30, a solid warm up pace. Then after that I started the tempo, and came into at 6:10 (the gps watch was fluctuating between 5:56 and 6:20, but nothing crazy), after the first mile it all went down hill. For a whil I kept it at 6:10, but then it dropped to 6:30-6:30. By the end of the end last mile I was dying and at 6:50. Ended up with an average of 6:30-6:35 pace, for the total. I'm not sure if it was the heat (first time it was thathot by me) and the hills (there were a few, nothing crazy); but it felt errible.
Also kind of annoyed me that on my first day back, I ran a 5k at 18:30, but was slower than that today.
But you know, gotta stuck to it.
