Planned on running four miles today but I got the abdominal pain again after half a mile so I had to cut it short to 1.5 miles. Doctor thinks it's an abdominal strain. Went on a 20 mile bike ride from my house to Ridgewood and back through the Saddle River Park. Good hills but very hot.
