I've been in some kind of zone lately, must because of the lighter week last week. I was going to include some M pace miles at the end of this run but because of yesterday's effort, I opted to keep the entire run easy. My body felt good the whole way, my legs felt good and the pace felt really good. Wore the HR monitor again, average HR was 152 bpm for the run.
