Long Run

Comments:
I hate long runs. I tried going out really easy, and my legs wouldn't move after 2.5 miles. Which was brutal! I felt like like couldn't breathe, my chest got really tight and my hamstrings were just heavy and tired. I'm super embarrassed about my average pace. I stopped a little after 6 because I couldn't take it anymore. I got water and a banana at a friends house. Finished the last 2 miles, but it felt like I never stopped. Afterwards, I went and played some tennis which perked me up because I won :D!

I am not sure if the way I felt was anything to worry about because I went at 3:30pm for my run and it was really humid at that time. Just sucks because I had a great tempo but my regular runs are just not happening.
