Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I didn't have man hills available to me in rage of work for my break, so used the large hill and bleacher stairs behind a local high school. I ran a mile and a half before, then would do half a mile, the hills, half a mile, etc etc 5 times. Then a mile and a half back. Didn't time this though, felt good just to run it.
