Comments:
1 hour PT for my left knee. Exercises to strengthen my hip, hamstring, butt and other stabilizing muscles on my left side. My left side has gotten dramatically stronger since starting PT back in early June. My right side could use a lot more work on my own at home but since most of my knee injuries have been to my left knee I'm satisfied with the improvement
10 min bike, 3x30 sec. side running plank on Bosu, 3x15 single-leg Bosu squats, 3x20 diagonal Bosu shuffles, 3x15 single-leg hop squats, 3 single-leg quarter clock jumps, tools
