Weather: low 80s and low humidity
Comments:
Got to run with the older high school kids again (Aidan, Matt I, Ethan E, Miki). Did the STA hill loop at a steady pace. Felt fine except on the uphills when I could feel the difference between where I am now and where I want to be in another month. Hills are always the last thing to fall into place for me -fitness wise. Still, it was humbling to see the lighter high school kids gap me on every hill. Distance was surely longer than 5, but not likely 5.5 miles.
