Comments:
I ran with some of the varsity guys at 7:15. I am going to start running with them on the off days from Wills Hills. The weather doesn't affect me too much when I am running with others. I kept up with them the whole time so that was good. We stopped at water fountains whenever we needed to. Nothing too serious, just putting in the miles. We varied the pace a lot. It seems like they go off of effort 100 percent. My mile times were 7:56, 7:13, 7:00, 7:30, 7:18, 7:26, 7:30, and 7:22. I think I got a good aerobic stimulus out of this run. I felt good so I would say this was a pretty good run.
