Comments:
I played frisbee for an hour before. I counted that as my 4x100m strides on turf. I didn't run that much.
I was sore from Garrett, and yesterday bc I hadn't run that fast in a while. I got through the tempo but it was rough. Splits were 7:02,7:12,7:20.
