Comments:
I am really glad I took an ice bath yesterday because I felt much better today. I got to 10 miles about .75 miles away from my house so I walked home from there, but I felt like I could have run more if I'd had to. I like walking for a little after every run though. I try to walk at least a quarter mile after I finish my runs and I think it helps me feel better the next day.
