Tempo run

Comments:
Did my tempo today on the track because I don't have a gps watch anymore since mine broke. I felt pretty comfortable the whole way until maybe the last half mile where it was a bit tougher but I still maintained the pace and didn't struggle too bad. Splits were 6:01, 6:02, 3:00 (last 800). Next week I will do three miles. I'll do bands tonight
