Comments:
Weather wasn't too bad except of the humidity. The warm up was slow as usual with stops to explain the route. The workout wasn't all hills, it was spread out. I tried to speed up on the hills, but not all of them I did. I got pretty tired towards the end. I am glad I kept a pace faster than 7 minute pace. My mile times were 6:55, 6:47, 7:10, and 7:00 pace for last .88 miles. My legs got tired at the end of the workout. It had a lot of hills and also a fast pace. It was a good workout.
