Comments:

8 x 800s on the Glenbard West track at lunch today. I would have done 10 but didn't have the time. Great temps out there for speedwork and actually, the breeze wasn't that bad because it was across the end of the track rather than down either of the straightaways. Felt great today - I was happy that I had zero achilles discomfort which leads me to believe that whatever it was that was bothering me last week is gone. After a 2-mile warm-up I did 8 x 800m with 200m rest jog in between reps. 2-mile cool-down afterwards. Splits below, very pleased with how this workout turned out - nailed the pacing right out of the gate and kept it nice and consistent.
