Rainy Tempo!

Set out this damp morning for a tempo. The rain did stop and turned out to be a nice cool morning.

I wanted to have a similar workout to last week - 4 miles @ around 6:05 pace average, to have some consistency before maybe trying to bring down the pace a bit next week. So, my miles were:

6:04, 6:05, 6:06, and 5:57

Felt good with how it turned out. HR in mid 160s.

Cool-down back to apartment stretch, roll, abs, push-ups.
