Comments:
Mostly worked squats, handstands, and hanging. 3 sets of 10 front squats with just the bar - with good awareness and body control I was able to make my abs really work hard! Front squats might be the better way to go for me, helps me stay out of my back. Need to work on ab engagement in plank/push-up position, seems like I can't transversus when I go to do a push-up.
