Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Hopefully it's ok that I split up the extra run into three miles and a pool workout. I biked 2 miles getting to and from the pool. I warmed up 10 minutes and did 20 minutes of 2 minutes easy 2 minutes hard and then I swam laps for a little. I was really tired afterwards but it felt nice to aquajog after running a long time.
