Attempt at Running

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I started running today and above my ankle felt like it had a really bad cramp. I went half a mile hoping it would go away but it didn't so I decided to play it safe and stop. When I'm not running it kind of has a very dull ache. I'll stretch really good today and wear my calf sleeves and ice it. I guess it's good that the week where several things go wrong is the easier week so I'm not missing anything big.
