Last PT session. I've gotten a lot stronger since when I started out so I'm very pleased with that. The verdict is still out on how much it will help my knee because it only really starts to bother me when sprinting or in the middle of outdoor season. But if I keep up with my work on it then I should be good, and if I'm healthy then I'm unstoppable on a 4x4
