Comments:
Ran to the track to do some 200s but I ran into the East track guys again. They asked if I wanted to do 600s and I wasn't about to puss out so I went for it

I was very happy with my pacing. Everyone else went out way too quickly on the first 600 but I kept a perfect pace throughout, which is fucking jolly and all except my pace during my races is just run as fast as my tiny ham-legs will allow me to go. First real workout since April so I can't be too disappointed but I got beaten pretty badly by one of the guys constantly throughout the workout. So that sucked. They also do a pretty cool thing where they stagger everyone throughout the 600. I started at the normal start with Vlad. We started then Matt was waiting 100m in and Kyle was 100m after Matt that way there's always a relatively fresh person to keep the pace. Pretty cool idea
